Overview 

Iovance is seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Sr. Manager, Technical Learning Center of Excellence at Iovance’s Cell Therapy Center (iCTC) in Philadelphia PA. This position is responsible for leading the Technical Learning Center of Excellence which includes the GMP Training Administration team (role-based curricula, training assignment accuracy, LMS data integrity, inspection readiness, and training documentation compliance) as well as Instructional Design, Measurement and Evaluation, and Trainer Qualification capabilities for Iovance’s technical teams.
