We're a Great Place to Work® certified employer, recognised for our commitment to well-being, inclusion and development - and we're growing fast.

If you're a highly organised communicator who enjoys bringing people, information and deadlines together, this is an opportunity to build broad bid-management experience at IRIS Software Group. As Bid Management Associate, you will support formal bid responses from opportunity identification through to content, portals and RFP systems.

Why This Role Matters

The Bid Management Associate is a key contributor to smooth bid operations and high-quality outcomes. You will help identify and document new opportunities, support ongoing bid responses, manage bid portals and maintain the RFP response tool. You will also help the wider business follow consistent, efficient bid-management processes and best practice.

About the Team You'll Join

You will be part of a tight-knit Bid Management team that collectively champions best practice and quality in formal bid responses. The work is highly collaborative, bringing together colleagues across sales, pre-sales, legal, product and professional services to gather the right input within required timeframes.

What You'll Be Doing

· Identify, monitor and communicate potential bid opportunities to the team.

· Manage the bid team's inbox, including bid-support requests, portal messages, clarifications, demonstration requests, follow-ups and new opportunities from customers.

· Customise templates and documents to align with customer criteria, and support Bid Managers with proofreading and formatting.

· Coordinate bid input from sales, pre-sales, legal, product and professional services within specified timeframes.

· Maintain and update the bid content library with new, refreshed and expanded content from recent bids.

· Maintain and optimise the RFP response tool, its company information and user accounts.

· Support portal management and educate the wider business on Bid Management processes and best practice.

What We're Looking For

You do not need a listed formal qualification for this role. What matters in the approved role profile is strong organisation, communication and attention to detail, together with confidence using Microsoft Office.

· High competence with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Exceptional organisation and project-management ability, with sharp attention to detail and analytical thinking.

· The ability to multitask, prioritise and deliver quality work under pressure and challenging deadlines.

· A self-motivated, adaptable approach and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

· Effective problem-solving and clear, concise communication.

Why Join Us?

IRIS Software Group provides mission-critical software and services to organisations across accountancy, education and business. In this role, you will gain exposure to the full bid process and formal procurement while working with stakeholders across multiple business functions. It is a practical opportunity to build commercial knowledge, strengthen bid-management capability and contribute directly to high-quality customer responses.
