We’re looking for a resourceful, highly organized Operations Manager to help run and scale the company across a broad range of operational needs.
About the role
Our Operations team works across the business, supporting everything from commercial and marketing initiatives to finance, internal systems and employee experience. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you’ll take ownership of projects, build processes where they’re needed, and help teams get things done.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, learns quickly and can turn an unfamiliar challenge into a clear plan and a completed project.
