About the Role:
As a Procurement Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting our construction projects by managing the sourcing, evaluation, and procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor packages. You will be responsible for ensuring cost efficiency, technical compliance, and timely procurement in line with project requirements. Your expertise will contribute to effective supplier selection, accurate commercial evaluations, and seamless coordination with project, engineering, and commercial tams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Experience managing of procurement of Provisional Sum & Subcontractor packages for high-rise building projects (Structure, Finishing, Façade, MEP, etc.)
- Prepare and maintain procurement comparison sheets for supplier quotations, evaluating pricing, technical compliance, delivery timelines, payment terms, and other relevant factors to support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
- Familiar with preparation and issue of RFQs, tender documents, and BOQs to subcontractors
