JOB SUMMARY
We're hiring Senior Manager- People Operations to own the operational backbone of our People & Culture function. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has built and run people operations in complex, multi-jurisdictional environments and knows what "good" looks like in payroll, benefits, and HRIS without needing it to be handed to them. This role is based in our Pune, India office and operates on US business hours to support our North American employee population. You'll lead a team of two direct reports and report directly to the Chief People & Culture Officer.
