We are looking for a highly skilled, hands-on Lead Full Stack Software Engineer to lead the development of modern internal software platforms and applications that support our rapidly growing organization.
In this role, you will design and build software solutions that connect people, processes, and data across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and business functions. You will work directly with stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities for automation and digitalization, and turn ideas into intuitive, scalable applications.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of greenfield software development, influence architectural decisions, and help shape how we build internal technology at Isar Aerospace.
We are looking for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, moves quickly from concept to working software, and combines strong engineering fundamentals with a pragmatic, product-oriented mindset.
