Supplier Quality Engineer (m/f/d)

Mission Brief 

The Supplier Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring externally supplied materials, components, assemblies, and special processes consistently meet company, customer, and regulatory requirements. Reporting within the Quality organization, this role serves as the primary quality interface between the company and its supply base to ensure supplier performance supports safe, reliable, and compliant aerospace manufacturing.
The position leads supplier qualification, supplier performance management, supplier audits, source inspections, and supplier corrective action activities. Working closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Product Assurance, and Quality teams, the Supplier Quality Engineer drives continuous improvement throughout the supplier network while reducing supplier-related quality risks.

• Perform supplier audits, process audits, and capability assessments to verify compliance with applicable requirements and standards.
