Responsibilities:
- Manage email inbox and respond to provider inquiries
- Process referrals to clinicians
- Assist employees with general inquiries
- Coordinate patient/client intake
- Provide administrative support, including help with provider schedules, referrals, and inquiries
Requirements
- At least 6 months experience handling a healthcare account (Intake Coordinator)
- With experience in coordinating with providers and clinicians
- Good verbal & written English skills
- Proficient with MS Tools
- Amenable working onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
- Willing to work night shifts
