Account specific roles and responsibilities:

• Perform eligibility and benefits verification for treatments, hospitalizations, and procedures.

• Reviewing patient bills for accuracy and completeness and obtaining any missing information.
• Following up on unpaid claims within the standard billing cycle timeframe.
• Calling insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments if necessary
• Identifying and billing secondary or tertiary insurances.

Requirements

• At least 1 year BPO experience handling a Healthcare Campaign (US Healthcare Insurance)
• Good working knowledge with Medical Billing (Claims, Benefits, Appeals)
• Must have experience billing for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• Good to excellent English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in
