Quality Assurance Analyst

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the products and services provided by the

company meet the required quality standards. This individual will play a critical role in testing software

applications, identifying defects, and suggesting improvements to ensure customer satisfaction and

compliance with industry standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Test Planning & Design

• Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to develop detailed test plans and test cases.
• Collaborate with the development and product teams to understand functionality and establish clear
• quality standards.
• Create, review, and update test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test data

Test Execution

• Execute manual and automated tests to identify software bugs, issues, and areas for improvement.
• Conduct regression, performance, usability, and functional testing across platforms.
• Track and report defects, ensuring proper documentation and communication of findings to the
• development team.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that defects are
• effectively identified and resolved.
