The I.T. Sales Recruiter is responsible for full‑cycle recruiting for sales roles, with a primary focus on sourcing, attracting, and engaging passive sales talent. This role works closely with the Recruitment team to build strong talent pipelines and deliver a high‑quality, professional candidate experience. 

This role plays a critical role in supporting revenue growth by ensuring sales positions are filled efficiently, accurately, and with the right talent. This position is execution‑focused, highly collaborative, and accountable for managing pipelines, coordinating interviews, and supporting offer processes.
