AR Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the People & Performance Management of a team of 10 Collectors – ensuring quality 1:1s are performed, development plans discussed and operational activities covered and spread fairly across the team
Ensuring the Collections Tool (Getpaid) is used consistently and to it’s full potential by all Team members
Reviewing processes and controls for any areas where improvement can be or needs to be made and proposing and implementing solutions
Manage the day to day shared services collections function within the defined process standards.
Ensure daily, weekly and monthly targets as assigned by management are achieved and prioritising the collection of debt within the AR ledger.
Ensuring disputes are recorded accurately and followed up/escalated in a timely manner.
Work closely and ensure good communication and collaboration with the Credit, Cash Apps and Master Data Team
Close Collaboration with the CME Team who are required to assist with disputes/escalations
Preparation of Operational, SOX and Executive Reports
Responsible for preparing detailed Aged Debt SOX.
Perform all other duties as assigned or required.
Occasional travel may be required.

Education and/or Experience:
2+ years’ experience in similar positions.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Previous experience in fast paced multinational environments.
Experience in Shared Service Center is an advantage.
Oracle experience is an advantage.
Fluent both written and spoken English. Any other additional languages will be an advantage.

Depending on your experience, this role is expected to offer between gross 65,000 EUR and 75,000 EUR annually. We review compensation regularly to stay competitive in the market.
