We work closely with the local farming community, delivering practical, sustainable care that supports livestock health and the long-term success of our clients’ businesses, where strong relationships matter as much as clinical skill.   The role offers a varied caseload including TB testing, routine and preventative work, herd health planning, emergency care, dispensary tasks and regular client contact, with artificial insemination, mainly cattle, also included.   You’ll work with a diverse client base, from smallholdings to larger beef, sheep and mixed farms.   This is primarily an ambulatory position, so a full driving licence is required. You’ll be fully equipped with a vehicle, mobile and laptop, with access to practice facilities when needed.   The role includes sole charge and participation in the on-call rota, managing both planned and emergency work.
