About the Role

Ivo is hiring its first in-house designer to raise the floor and the ceiling on how we show up in the market. This is a hands-on brand and marketing design role: you'll ship collateral that makes sales sharper, campaigns that feel unmistakably Ivo, a website that converts, and event/physical work that looks like a company that takes design seriously.
You won't be inheriting a mature internal design org or a pristine brief every time. You'll build the muscle and the system: templates, guidelines, review standards, and the habits that turn "fire drills" into a predictable pipeline. In the first 90 days, success looks like shipping a lot, learning our brand deeply, and making the next piece of work easier
