IVX Health is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support accurate and timely accounts payable processing and maintain reliable financial records. This role is responsible for processing vendor invoices, reconciling accounts, reviewing employee expenses, and supporting month-end close activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with established financial processes and controls.

What You'll Do

• Process Vendor Invoices: Review, code, and process vendor invoices accurately and timely while ensuring appropriate approvals and adherence to company policies and internal controls.
• Manage Vendor Accounts: Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and account questions while reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies.
• Review Employee Expenses: Review employee expense reports for accuracy, appropriate documentation, and compliance with reimbursement policies, following up on missing information or discrepancies as needed.
