Account Manager, MyTutor

The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, account management, and customer success. In this role, you will be developing relationships with school administrators across the UK to ensure satisfaction throughout the customer life cycle. You will handle Tutoring renewals, expansions, customer retention efforts, and engagement activities in your assigned territory focusing on customer accounts.   

To be successful in this role, you are proactive, extremely well organized, efficient and very personable with strong communication skills, especially written/email communication. As an Account Manager you must have the ability to handle multiple transactions effectively and efficiently with a customer-service mindset. This position is about efficiency and execution. We are looking for a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is self-motivated with outstanding people skills and integrity.
