Associate Educational Sales Consultant, Inside Sales, New Grad
IXL Learning, a global edtech leader with personalized learning products used by millions of students worldwide, is seeking an upbeat, focused, high-energy individual to join our Inside Sales team.
The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented and tenacious. You will have experience working with technology and assisting customers. We are looking for a self-starter that will support our rapidly growing customer base. In this role, you will use your communication skills to effectively explain solutions to prospective customers (who are teachers, students, parents, and school administrators).
This is a full-time position that requires you to be in our IXL headquarters office in San Mateo, CA. We encourage new college graduates to apply including the class of 2026.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Conduct cold outbound calls and qualify inbound inquiries to identify customer needs and route high-potential opportunities to the field sales team
- Manage the end-to-end processing of transactional sales, ensuring accurate CRM data entry and quick lead follow-up
- Assist with the execution of targeted sales campaigns and provide administrative support to the broader sales team
- Research and identify potential growth opportunities within target markets to help the team achieve sales goals
