IXL Learning, a global edtech leader with personalized learning products used by millions of students worldwide, is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our Professional Learning team and support mid-size districts in California.

At IXL Learning, professional learning is more than delivering training; it’s about partnering with educators to transform teaching and learning in their classrooms, schools, and districts. As an Implementation Specialist, you will support mid-size districts to ensure a successful IXL implementation. You’ll serve as a reliable partner and IXL expert, sharing practical strategies for using IXL to advance their district initiatives, delivering high-quality professional development, leading data reviews, and supporting strategic planning. Through your work, you’ll help districts move from adoption to consistent, effective use of IXL that drives student growth. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organized, instructional leader who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
