We’ll train you, set you up for success, and get you out in the Phoenix area connecting with customers and showing off our bath products.  Key Responsibilities of Lead Generation Specialist:

• Be the face of our brand—connect with new customers, spark interest in our products, and schedule exciting in-home design consultations
• Bring the energy! Work trade shows, events, mall kiosks, and retail locations while engaging customers
• Partner with our retail accounts: Costco, Sam’s Club and BJ’s Warehouse
• Additional duties as assigned

Compensation: $20.00/hr. plus uncapped bonus potential.

**Our average Lead Generation Specialist earns around $30/hr. hour when factoring in performance bonuses**

Requirements

• Results driven, wants to MAKE MONEY
• Travel within the greater Phoenix area is required
• Learn and follow a script
• Must be outgoing and willing to approach customers in a retail setting
