Lead Commercial Analyst
Office location: Cambridgeshire, UK – This position offers flexible working options, including predominantly remote work. Applicants should be based (or willing to relocate) within a comfortable commuting distance of our office to attend onsite as required.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract.

As Lead Commercial Analyst at Jagex, you'll own the analysis of ARPU and subscription performance, tracking results against budgets and forecasts and recommending the actions that keep us on course. Working closely with our Pricing & Subscription, Data Engineering & BI, and Finance teams, you'll build the financial models and dashboards that shape our pricing strategy and long-term planning for RuneScape.
This is an exciting opportunity to be a trusted voice with senior leadership, spotting risks early, helping prevent revenue loss, and bringing greater transparency and accountability to how we report on our top-line performance.
What you'll be doing:
- Own the calculation and in-depth analysis of ARPU, monitoring performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances, and recommending corrective action where needed.
