Lead Producer - RuneScape - 12 month FTC

Office location: Cambridge, UK – This position offers flexible working options. Candidates must be UK based and willing travel into our Cambridge office when required.

Are you a lead producer who can walk into a fast-moving, multi-project environment, earn trust quickly, and keep delivery moving from day one?

This is a 12-month maternity cover contract on RuneScape - one of the longest-running and most actively developed MMORPGs in the world. You’ll be joining a team with a lot in of active projects, so the ability to hold complexity without losing clarity is essential. As Lead Producer, you’ll combine hands-on delivery with line management of a small team of producers, working closely with the Principal Producer and game development teams.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead delivery across a broad range of concurrent projects – owning planning, risk management, scheduling and roadmap visibility, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned throughout.
• Line manage a small team of producers, including regular 1-on-1s, coaching, performance feedback, and supporting their development as production craft practitioners.
• Proactively identify and mitigate strategic risk
