Construction Manager - Fit-Out / Theming

The Construction Manager – Fit-Out / Theming will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of interior fit-out, architectural theming, and experiential elements within the entertainment project. The role ensures that all theming and fit-out works are delivered to the highest quality standards, aligned with design intent, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

• Manage and supervise all fit-out and theming construction activities across assigned zones within the project
• Ensure works are delivered in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and creative design intent
• Coordinate closely with design consultants, creative/theming designers, and contractors

Theming & Fit-Out Delivery

• Oversee installation of:
• Show sets, themed environments, and immersive elements
• Decorative finishes, facades, signage, and props
• Specialty lighting, audio-visual integration, and attraction interfaces
• Ensure thematic consistency and storytelling elements are maintained throughout execution

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Interface with:
• Project Management Consultant (PMC)
• Contractors and subcontractors
