Project Controls Manager

Jasara PMC is helping deliver major social infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia through a joint venture between Public Investment Fund, Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco. As Project Controls Manager, you will provide the structure and visibility that keep major projects on track. This role is focused on bringing clarity to performance, supporting informed decision-making, and enabling project teams and stakeholders to understand cost, schedule, and delivery status across the program.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, cost control, and progress reporting activities.
• Monitor project performance against budget, timeline, and key delivery milestones.
• Develop and maintain project controls systems, dashboards, and forecasting tools.
• Prepare regular reports on project status, cost trends, and schedule impacts.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in project controls, including cost management and schedule oversight.
