Senior Commercial Manager - (EOI)

JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager (EOI) with expertise in managing mixed-use development projects. This role requires a professional with at least 10 years of experience, capable of overseeing all commercial aspects to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on budget, and aligned with organizational objectives. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for contract management, procurement strategies, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement to drive project success within a complex mixed-use environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
