Job Description
The Senior Manager Design/Delivery - Public Realm at JASARA PMC will lead the planning, design, and execution of public realm projects to create vibrant, sustainable, and inclusive public spaces. This role is pivotal in managing the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring that all design and construction activities meet the highest quality standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Delivery Leadership
- Lead planning, mobilisation, and delivery of Public Realm projects, ensuring integration with wider city and programme delivery strategies.
- Oversee the development and implementation of Engineering and Design Management Plans aligned with programme objectives.
- Manage the full lifecycle from design through construction to handover, ensuring quality, safety, and performance targets are met.
Technical Oversight & Governance
- Lead governance and design review processes to ensure compliance with client requirements, standards, and specifications.
- Coordinate technical assurance activities in support of the FIDIC Engineer.
- Ensure consistency in delivery of all Public Realm elements incl. but not limited to; hardscape, softscape, lighting, security, and wayfinding across multiple projects.
