We are seeking a Senior Manager - Project Controls (Commercial & Financial) to join JASARA PMC. This role will lead all financial, commercial, cost management, forecasting, and earned value reporting activities across assigned projects or programs. Responsible for providing leadership with accurate financial performance insights, commercial analytics, budget governance, and cost-related decision support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reporting across the assigned portfolio.
- Establish and maintain project cost baselines, budgets, contingencies, and funding allocations.
- Develop and manage Earned Value Management (EVM) systems and reporting.
- Monitor cost performance indices, productivity metrics, cash flow forecasts, and financial KPIs.
- Provide monthly and executive-level cost, commercial, and financial reports.
