Gilson JCC Early Learning Center in Sharon, MA, has an immediate need to hire a passionate and experienced Certified Pre-K Teacher to become a vital part of our professional team of educators.

As a valued teacher you will be instrumental in shaping the educational journeys and social-emotional growth of our students. While engaging with young children facilitating a loving and supportive atmosphere, you'll collaborate with a dedicated team of enthusiastic educators, and develop captivating and age-appropriate lesson plans that ignite curiosity and inspire our young learners.

This is a full-time, salaried Pre-K Teacher position. Offering a competitive starting salary which is based on a pay rate range of $23.05 to $27.95*** for highly qualified, certified, degreed candidates.

The salary offered will ultimately be determined by relevant qualifications, experience, and JCC's internal equity.
