Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist the store manager in all areas of daily business operations: coordinating, monitoring and reporting on daily operations
• Assist with recruitment, training and supervising employees
• Maximize sales and provide friendly and welcoming customer service
• Communicate effectively with customers to determine their needs
• Assist with managing employee schedules
• Build relationships with clients and maintain an updated client book
• Drive sales through consignments, partnerships with Interior Designers, and wardrobe stylists
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner
• Ensures store policies and procedure are followed
• Handle all point-of-sale transactions including sales, exchanges, refun
