Multi-Location General Manager

JETSET Pilates is a modern, music-driven Pilates brand redefining the boutique fitness experience. The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the studio, leading a high-performing team while driving operational excellence, membership growth, and an exceptional client experience. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines business management with active instruction and community engagement. General Managers are expected to complete the JETSET Instructor Training Academy Program, teach an average of 6-8 eight classes per week, and maintain an active in-studio presence during a minimum of 25 class times per week. This position will oversee the Brickell and Coconut Grove Locations.
