Regional Director - Minnesota

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Regional Director who can translate strategy into execution, develop high-performing leaders, and drive consistent operational and financial performance across multiple studios and markets. The Regional Director is a field-based, multi-unit leader responsible for JETSET Pilates studios across Minnesota and Texas. This role is based in Minnesota and requires regular travel to Texas to provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and operational support. The Regional Director leads through General Managers and studio leadership teams, ensuring each location delivers against JETSET brand standards, revenue goals, people expectations, and the client experience.
