The Human Resources Generalist plays a key role in supporting a dynamic, fast-paced, and growth-oriented manufacturing environment. This position serves as a strategic partner to the plant leadership team, helping to drive business results through effective people practices. The HR Generalist will support a wide range of HR functions at the plant level, including employee relations, compliance, payroll, and recruiting. This role reports directly to the Human Resources Manager at the plant and is instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with company values and goals.
