POSITION SUMMARY: Accurate and safe preparation of dough. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Prepares dough for use on production line as directed by line lead or shift supervisor. Follow Usage Sheets and verify that correct ingredients are used. Prepares coating for use on production line as directed by line lead or shift supervisor. Keeps complete, accurate, and timely records of ingredient usage and other records as required. Keeps an adequate supply of necessary ingredients on hand. Checks to see that the doughmaking equipment is being properly maintained to perform a continuous safe operation. Cuts sections from mother dough and deposits into feed hopper. Rolls empty dough table to mixer to receive new batch of dough. Maintain work area to meet plant sanitation and safety standard
