POSITION SUMMARY:
Supervise the activities of production personnel engaged in all facets of the manufacturing function. Maintain open line of communication regarding problems, break downs and anything that may affect schedule reliability.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Ensure timely and effective Production line start-ups
- Effective labor crewing for all positions for each line-producing product.
- Placement of temporary personnel labor positions for coverage of attendance issues.
- Obtaining and staging of all raw materials necessary for the entire shift production.
