Program Manager (Test Certification) eVTOL

The Program Manager works shoulder-to-shoulder with Functional Directors to ensure successful project management while proactively identifying cross-organizational issues and proposing and executing solutions to achieve our product safety, quality, schedule, cost, and human resources goals. This role comes with specific authority and responsibility to drive change from within our organization. 

Key Responsibilities:

Company-wide Subject Matter Expert in Project Management:

• Develop company-/program-level integrated plan and set clear goals and schedules.
• Manage projects from a holistic perspective, balancing safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Select, implement, and manage the best project management tools for tracking progress and managing resources.

Lead Project Monitoring & Reporting for Functional Department(s):

• Lead project managers to provide regular, clear reports to stakeholders and the management team on project status, (progress, critical paths, risks and issues, etc.).&
