As a Structure Design Engineer, you will own the development of the primary and secondary airframe structures Your objective is to engineer a lightweight, optimized airframe that strictly adheres to airworthiness certification standards, while ensuring the robust structural integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Airframe Structural Design: Develop optimized structural topologies with clear, continuous load paths. Validate design feasibility against weight and strength requirements. Develop detailed 3D models of airframe structures utilizing CATIA V5. Execute advanced surfacing (Generative Shape Design), solid modeling, and large assembly management to ensure robust Digital Mock-Ups (DMU). Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles to ensure designs are producible. Create engineering drawings (2D) with appropriate tolerance stack-up analysis based on GD&T.
• Composite Design & Optimization: Develop primary and secondary airframe structures utilizing advanced composite materials (CFRP) and lightweight metallic alloys
