Founders Associate Growth (m/f/d)

Since we went AI-first, we see more growth opportunities than we as founders can pursue ourselves. That’s why we’re looking for someone who owns growth projects across the company, strategically and end to end.
This role is for people who might start their own company one day and want to see first how a fast-growing company works from the inside. You report directly to the founders, so you always know what’s going on and why. After a year, you’ll understand how a company is built, because you’ve watched it happen up close.
The role is based in our Munich office in the Werksviertel. We work hybrid, and we expect you in the office regularly.
What you own, from start to finish:
- Find opportunities. In our products: the website, the app stores, our content, our job boards and the funnel all the way to premium. And in the market: trends, platforms, channels we don’t use yet, competitors.
- Plan and prioritize. Estimate what’s realistic and what it’s worth, build a plan and align it with the founders.
- Build and ship it yourself. Landing pages, tests and campaign assets, built with AI and published by you.
- Test and iterate. Run A/B tests on the website, in the app stores and on our other platforms, analyze them properly and keep improving.
- Report. Keep the founders up to date on what’s working, what isn’t and what’s next.
Topics you could take on: acquisition and early funnel, app store optimization, copy and messaging, campaigns and content with AI, influencer and creator management, love brand, and special projects with the founders, from new markets and partnerships to pricing.

- A high bar. Whatever you’ve taken on so far, you’ve aimed to be among the best, and you still do.
- High agency. You don’t wait for instructions. If something is missing, you build it. If something is blocked, you find a way.
- An entrepreneurial streak. You’ve already built something: a small startup, a side project, a university initiative or a channel with its own audience.
- AI as your main tool. You build pages, tools and content yourself, with Claude Code, Cursor or similar.
- Creativity with craft. Copy that sticks, a feel for storytelling and an eye for design.
- A sharp analytical mind. You get to the core of new topics fast, size opportunities and judge results honestly, even when they go against your idea.
- Up to two years of full-time work experience after your degree, ideally in consulting or a high-growth startup. Internships and comparable university projects count too.
- Fluent English. German is a big plus.
- A degree from a top university in business, economics or a quantitative field is a plus.
- Based in Munich and working hybrid: regularly in our Werksviertel office, remote the rest of the time.
