Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

· Develop and implement the Group Quality Strategy aligned with the company's growth plans and operational objectives.

· Establish a consistent quality framework across all business units, projects and regions.

· Act as the executive leader for all quality-related matters across the organisation.

· Drive a culture of "right first time" delivery, continuous improvement and operational excellence.

· Promote quality as a key differentiator in winning and delivering projects

Quality Management & Governance

· Maintain and continuously improve the Group Integrated Management System (IMS).

· Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and support alignment with wider ISO frameworks including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

· Develop, monitor and report on key quality performance indicators across all regions.

· Lead internal and external audits and ensure effective close-out of findings and corrective actions.

· Establish robust governance processes to ensure consistency of standards across all projects.
