As part of our European Controlling team in Hatvan, Hungary, we are embarking on an exciting transformation journey where automation, AI and digital innovation are reshaping the way Controlling operates.
We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented professional who is passionate about combining technology with finance. In this newly created role, you will design, develop and implement AI-powered solutions and automation tools that improve financial reporting, planning and decision support processes across our Finance Controlling organization. With your contribution, you will be transforming ideas into practical solutions that improve efficiency, enhance decision-making and create measurable business impact. Success in this role requires a hands-on, implementation-oriented mindset, focused on building and implementing AI and automation solutions.
Your Responsibilities Will Be To:
Drive automation initiatives across the Controlling organization, helping reduce manual effort and improve efficiency in finance processes through AI-driven and low-code automation tools
Design, build and continuously improve an AI-powered Controlling Agent utilizing Oracle data, finance templates and business knowledge to automate recurring analysis and reporting tasks
Automate reporting cycles and support the development of standardized, scalable reporting solutions
Support the automation and continuous improvement of Budget and Forecast processes, embedding AI-assisted workflows where relevant
Develop and enhance Power BI reporting solutions to support product margin analysis and performance management
Work closely with Finance, Controlling, IT and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation
Establish data structures, reporting standards and best practices that enable scalable and reliable use of AI within Finance Controlling
Continuously evaluate new AI and automation tools/technologies and assess their applicability to Controlling processes
Our Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or business-related field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Data Science, or another STEM discipline
Experience working on AI, automation, analytics or digital transformation initiatives
Practical experience with GenAI/LLM-based solutions (prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents/copilots); familiarity with low-code AI or automation platforms (e.g. Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, UiPath) is a strong plus
Strong hands-on experience working with financial/controlling data from ERP systems (Oracle or similar) including data extraction, validation, reconciliation and structuring for reporting and analysis
Solid understanding of core financial reporting logic (P&L, cost centers, margin structures) to translate business logic correctly into automated and AI-driven solutions
Working knowledge of SQL or similar query tools; experience with Power BI or comparable BI/reporting platforms
Fluent English communication skills
Practical, implementation-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering tangible results and business impact
Ability to work independently, identify quick wins and drive initiatives from idea to execution
Flexibility to travel to our European locations (typically once per month) to support collaboration, understand local processes and drive implementation initiatives
