E-commerce Sourcing Manager, Import (Shanghai)

We are seeking a cross-boarder sourcing (senior) manager for E-commerce of Makro Pro in China. To serve as the pivotal link between China business operations and the overseas supply chain. Responsible for sourcing, procurement, and supplier management of overseas goods, ensuring a stable, compliant, and cost-advantaged supply to directly support the sales targets and operational needs of the Tmall Global project.

• Core Procurement & Supplier Management: Responsible for the development (including both existing partners within Thailand and new potential suppliers), negotiation, onboarding, and management of overseas suppliers. Executes the sourcing, evaluation, and onboarding process for new suppliers and products based on China market demand.
• Order Execution & Shipment Coordination: Acts as the supply-side interface for China business, collaborating with the Thailand team to manage purchase order fulfillment.
• Cost Optimization & Compliance Support: Responsible for optimizing procurement cost structures. Collects and verifies supplier qualifications and product compliance documentation to ensure adherence to China's cross-border e-commerce regulations.
• Internal Operations Support: Works closely with China team to provide accurate product information, procurement lead times, and supply plans, supporting sales forecasting and inventory management decisions.
