About the Role 

Makro is looking for an experienced Livestream & Content Operations Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of livestream commerce and content initiatives across our digital and social platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience running large-scale livestream events and a strong operational mindset for driving engagement, conversion, and brand growth. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Plan, produce, and execute end-to-end livestream campaigns from pre-production to post-event analysis. 

• Lead large-scale livestream events, coordinating hosts, influencers, production teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. 

• Develop content calendars and creative concepts that align with Makro's brand positioning and commercial goals. 

• Own the end-to-end operations of livestream and content projects, including scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination, and on-site/virtual event management.
