Senior IT Project Manager - Technology

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-scale technology implementation and system integration projects. The role owns the full end-to-end project lifecycle — from business need identification, business case and budget preparation, vendor sourcing and commercial/contract coordination, requirement gathering and solution design, through development, system integration, testing, deployment, go-live, stabilization and project closure.

The ideal candidate has strong technical understanding and is comfortable managing multiple interconnected systems, internal technology teams and external vendors. Strong English communication is required for working with and governing international vendors and stakeholders. Retail or eCommerce experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Key Responsibility:

1. Project Initiation & Business Case

• Work with business stakeholders to define business needs, scope, expected benefits and success criteria.
• Develop business cases, project budgets, resource requirements and approval materials.
• Establish project scope, timeline, governance and delivery approach.

2. Vendor Sourcing & Commercial Management

• Lead or coordinate vendor sourcing, RFP/RFQ, technical/commercial evaluation and vendor selection.
