About your role 👀

We're looking for a Client Operations Associate to help us run research studies for some of the world's largest consumer brands using the Pogo Platform. You'll manage multiple studies at once, working directly with clients to deliver high-quality research quickly and reliably. Specifically, you will:

• Own the day-to-day operations of client research studies. Keep track of what's coming in, what's in progress, and what needs attention.

• Help clients turn their research questions into well-designed studies. You'll write and review study guides, configure studies in our platform, set up targeting and quotas, and launch them to Pogo users.

• Make sure our research is high quality. You'll review survey logic, monitor fieldwork and data quality, and check that our AI-generated insights actually make sense.

• Work directly with clients to keep them updated on their studies, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and manage expectations.

• Work closely with our GTM and Product teams to help coordinate requests, share client feedback, and identify opportunities to improve our product.
