The Outbound Manager drives the end-to-end fulfillment process from item picking and packing to dispatch and handover to Last Mile and 3PL partners. This strategic leadership role focuses on maximizing daily dispatch throughput, ensuring order accuracy, and achieving strict On-Time Dispatch (OTD) SLAs.
What You Will Be Doing
- Outbound operations leadership: Oversee daily outbound operations, including picking, batching, sorting, packing, shipping, and carrier handover across shifts.
- SLA & KPI performance: Monitor operational metrics such as Pick/Pack SLA, Order Accuracy Rate, Cost per Order (CPO), and Carrier Cut-off compliance.
