Recruiter, Performance Marketing

Jump 450 is looking for a Performance Marketing Recruiter to help us hire elite talent across performance marketing, creative, and agency operations. You’ll partner closely with recruiting leadership, People Operations, and hiring managers to turn hiring needs into focused searches and guide candidates from first conversation through offer.

We hold a high bar for hiring. Our process is designed to understand how candidates think, what they’ve personally executed, and the results they can deliver for our clients. You’ll play a central role in that assessment while building relationships that keep great candidates engaged through a thorough, multistage process.

What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring managers and recruiting leadership to define role requirements, hiring priorities, and what exceptional performance looks like in each position.
• Own searches from sourcing through offer, including outreach, recruiter screens, candidate assessment, hiring team partnership, feedback, and closing conversations.
• Find and engage passive candidates through targeted research, personalized outreach, referrals, and long-term relationship building.
• Recruit across paid media, performance marketing, creative, and other agency functions, developing a strong understanding of the platforms, hands-on skills, and results required for each role.
