The role Every organization now runs on identities, devices and, increasingly, AI agents. Someone has to decide who and what gets access to what, and keep it secure. At JumpCloud, that is often a small IT team responsible for an entire workforce across Mac, Windows, Linux and mobile, using one platform in place of several. For them, the experience is the product. When it is clear, a lean team runs what once took a stack of tools and a much larger staff. When it is not, people get locked out and risks go unseen. That experience will change more in the next two years than in the last ten. Admins will ask an assistant instead of opening a console. AI agents will need identities, permissions and oversight of their own. Some of our most important experiences will have no screen at all.
