(Senior) Social Media Manager (d/f/m)

Jung von Matt HAMBURG is looking for a (Senior) Social Media Manager (d/f/m).

Your Tasks 

• Development and management of social media, communication and campaign strategies for national and international clients.
• Planning, coordination and steering of social media projects and campaigns across all relevant platforms and channels.
• Derivation of relevant insights and translation into strategic and creative social media recommendations.
• Development of social-first communication ideas, content approaches and strategic platform concepts.
• Consulting clients on social media trends, platform developments, creator culture and digital communication opportunities.
• Moderation of workshops, briefing sessions and collaborative working formats with clients and internal teams.
• Monitoring timelines, workflows and project priorities to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery.
• Support of pitches and development of strategic and creative foundations for new business projects.
• Monitoring societal, technological and cultural developments to identify new opportunities for brands and communities.

About You 

• You have a strong understanding of social media platforms, digital culture and online communities.
• You are familiar with platform mechanics, trends and audience behavior across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant channels.
• You possess a strong sense for storytelling, tone of voice and platform-native communication.
• You are able to develop and evaluate social content concepts in terms of relevance, quality and feasibility.
