Export Sales Coordinator (Spanish Speaker)

For a well-established company operating in the wholesale and manufacturing sector of fashion jewelry and accessories.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential B2B customers in the Spanish market, supporting the expansion of the company’s client portfolio.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring regular communication and effective follow-up.

• Travel to Spain approximately six times per year (around one week per trip) to meet existing and prospective customers and develop new business relationships.

• Represent the company at relevant trade fairs and industry exhibitions, engaging with potential customers and identifying new commercial opportunities.

• Present the company’s product portfolio to customers, understand their needs, and coordinate internally to ensure effective commercial support.

• Maintain accurate customer information and follow up on contacts, opportunities, orders, and market feedback.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and good command of English.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident, outgoing, and customer-oriented approach.

• Strong interest in developing customer relationships and expanding a B2B client network; previous Sales or Business Development experience is not required.
