ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Enterprise AI Systems team owns the systems that run Juul Labs’ core business — ERP, HRIS, Quality & Regulatory, CRM, and IT Service Management — and is rebuilding how those systems are built, changed, and maintained.  Instead of manual configuration and ticket-driven support, we treat system configuration as code: version-controlled, tested, deployed through CI/CD pipelines, and increasingly built with the help of AI coding agents under human review.
