We are live with ten leading health system partners including Cedars-Sinai, Mayo Clinic, Mass General Brigham, and Northwell, and we are growing fast: We have doubled year over year and we expect the next year to be even stronger. 

Over the next twelve months we are targeting a significant expansion of our workforce, with the goal of doubling our clinical team to meet the demand of both our existing health system partners and a pipeline of new partnerships coming online. 

About the Role

As the VP of HR at K Health, you will serve as a core thought leader and strategic partner to the executive leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will lead our organizational strategy to hire, engage, develop, retain, and scale our most valuable asset—our people. You will uniquely bridge the gap between our corporate functions and our clinical organization, balancing high-growth scaling with operational excellence. A key priority will be building a structured career trajectory and development path for clinicians from the ground up as we scale our clinician team from 80 to over 250. And continue to e
