Director of Secondary Market & Unit Management
Kaizen is looking for an experienced Director of Secondary Market & Unit Management to lead our secondary market strategy, drive property transaction volume, optimize unit portfolio performance, and deliver sustainable revenue and asset value growth. This role goes beyond traditional sales management the Director will shape and execute the secondary market commercial strategy, end-to-end unit lifecycle management, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and align operations with Kaizen’s long-term business objectives. You will lead a high-performing team, nurture B2C client relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless property transactions, superior unit performance, and exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Secondary Market & Unit Portfolio Performance
- Develop and execute secondary market strategies for resales, off-plan resales, leasing, and unit disposition — driving transaction volume, market share, and revenue
- Own end-to-end unit portfolio management: inventory oversight, valuation, pricing, marketing readiness, and lifecycle optimization from listing to close
- Maximize asset value, minimize holding periods, and optimize yield through data-driven pricing, targeted promotion, and timely disposition
- Monitor UAE/GCC market trends, supply-demand dynamics, regulatory updates, and competitor activity to inform pricing and positioning
